Most of the ZTNB crew met at Robbie’s the night before, and we left for Padre early the next morning. We had walkie-talkies and kept in constant communication. This really helped because we took highway 77 most of the way instead of taking I35. It was a nice route to take, but there were a few towns that you really had to pay attention to the signs, and the walkie-talkies really helped.
