Alright, I have hung up the MAC and went all PC with my recording platform. I am now using Sony Acid Pro 6.0 for my recording. I also purchase the Delta 44 sound card that comes with a 4 in/4 out breakout box. It is really working well.

Pretty simple set up, but It’s getting the job done for now.
My PC is old and slow, but it seems to work fine. I did have some trouble running real-time effects at one point. My first song I recorded (The Sadness) had a part with three vocal tracks that all had a chain of 4 effects on each, and it had some trouble with that. I had Auto-Tune on all three tracks and that was the culprit. I turned it off and it was fine after that.
